Testimonials Section 2026

The Testimonials Section 2026 widget is a social-proof builder with five built-in design styles and three layout variants — quote text, star rating, author name, role, company, and avatar, all in one repeater-driven section. Works identically in Elementor and the WordPress block editor.

Overview

Instead of building a testimonials wall from separate heading, repeater, and rating widgets, Testimonials Section 2026 gives you one widget with everything a social-proof section needs already wired together — a section header, an unlimited testimonials repeater with quote, star rating, author avatar/name/role/company, and a “Featured” toggle that highlights standout quotes with an accent border and glow.

Every part of it is restyled instantly by switching the Design Style dropdown — no custom CSS required.

5 Design Styles

  • Bento Grid — crisp white cards, sharp grid alignment, confident typography. The clean SaaS-product look.
  • Glassmorphism — frosted-glass translucent panels over a dark, gradient-blurred backdrop. Premium fintech/crypto feel.
  • Dark Minimal — near-black canvas, a single lime accent color, high contrast. Dev-tools/AI-native feel.
  • Aurora — soft gradient-mesh backgrounds, rounded corners, warm color blends. Modern AI/tech branding feel.
  • Neo-Brutalist — hard 2px borders, flat solid colors, offset drop-shadows, no gradients. Bold agency energy.

3 Layouts

  • Grid — cards arranged in a configurable 2, 3, or 4 column grid.
  • Masonry — CSS column-count layout with the same 2/3/4 column options as Grid; cards flow into columns of varying height.
  • Centered — single column, max-width layout with larger quote text. Best for showcasing a handful of standout quotes.

The Columns setting only appears on the Grid and Masonry layouts — Centered is always a single column.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Elementor Pro to use this?

No — Testimonials Section 2026 works with the free version of Elementor, plus the WordPress block editor. No Pro upgrade required.

Can I use a different layout for each design style?

Yes — Design Style and Layout are independent settings. Any of the 5 styles can be paired with any of the 3 layouts.

What happens if I don’t upload an avatar image for a testimonial?

If no avatar is set, the widget automatically shows a placeholder using the first letter of the author’s name on an accent-tinted circular background — nothing breaks, and you can add a real photo at any time.

Is this widget accessible?

Yes — WCAG 2.1 AA. Each card is marked up with role="listitem" inside a role="list" grid, the star rating exposes an aria-label describing the score (e.g. “Rated 5 out of 5 stars”), and decorative elements like the quote icon are hidden from assistive tech with aria-hidden.

How to Add This Section

  1. Elementor: search “Testimonials” in the widget panel under the HT Mega 2026 category, drag it onto your page.
  2. WordPress Block Editor: click the block inserter (+), search “Testimonials 2026” under the HT Mega category, insert it, then edit the settings in the block sidebar.
